Happy Valentine's Day! My husband and I celebrated a day early by taking a drive to San Francisco and spending our afternoon strolling and taking pictures in Golden Gate Park. The weather was totally cooperating with a clear, sunny day with temps in the high 60s. For dinner we stopped at our favorite pizzeria. We've been going to this place since our first date back in 1990 and it's one of our favorite restaurants in the city.
We had a quiet day at home on Sunday which was perfect after the emotional and busy week we've had. I have an uncle who has been diagnosed with mesothelioma (asbestos cancer) and the prognosis is not good. In addition a very special lady to our family has kidney cancer which is metastasizing so she's in for some aggressive medical treatments. Please say a prayer for Miguel and Rita.
I continue working on my model stitching so I have nothing else to share at the moment.
I've posted some of the pictures we took yesterday to our photo blog...enjoy.

Milly, the picture of you and your hubby is very sweet. Sounds like a great day in the city, it was foggy in the early hours but sure did turn out to be a wonderful day. That is why I love Northern California :)
I will say a few prayers for your loved ones. ((HUGS))
