I started Lady of the Flag by Mirabilia back in 2003 and while I did most of the stitching in about 6 months I stopped when it was time to add the beads. Why I didn't add the beads as I went along still eludes me. All I can say in my defense is that it was my first such project and at the time it seemed a good idea to leave them for last. And now she sits just waiting for those beads. I'll have to find her and post a picture. Maybe I can be bullied, cheered, or coerced into finishing her. LOL!
I've had this chart, Fairy Grandmother by Lavender and Lace in my stash for years. Recently I've seen a few completed Mirabilia and L&L pieces and I decided it was time to dig into my stash and tackle another. I even had this one kitted (except for the beads)! I started it on 8/24/11 and will post an updated photo this weekend.
Hopefully I will do better the second time around.

Can't wait to see your progress on FG. It's a lovely chart, as is Lady of the Flag. I hope you get her beaded soon!!
Look forward to your new start.
I'm sure you can whip through those beads in no time...you're SO close to a big finish!
I'm not too good at bullying or coercing but i can sure cheer you on. You will be so glad you did the beads and she is too pretty not to finish. You really can do it!
