Looking back at 2010 it was a year of challenges, stresses, and pain but also one of happy, wonderful moments. It was the year my daughter returned to live in California as well as the year my grandson Izaiah was born. We made various trips to Arizona, visited our son and family in San Antonio, TX, spent time in some of our favorite California spots like Monterey and Lake Tahoe. We attended two weddings, one in Las Vegas and the other in Folsom, CA. In 2010 two of my nieces became engaged.
Patrick participated in the Tour de Cure and raised over $1000 dollars towards a cure for diabetes. We had the exterior of our house repainted and I became the proud owner of an iPad. I attended my first spring training game when I flew to Arizona and saw the Oakland A's play the San Francisco Giants. And attended my first game ever at PacBell park...GO GIANTS.
I meet Sara M. from Italy on her trip to the United States and we had a great time chatting and shopping at Needle In A Haystack in Alameda, CA.
Here's to many more new adventures in 2011.
