Spring is in the air...

Okay maybe it's just wistful thinking considering how chilly it's out there tonight at 49 degrees. Perhaps my flowers and plants know something I don't cause they are starting to blossom and hence giving me hope that Spring is around the corner. I took these photos this weekend in our front yard. The bougainvillea and aloe vera are sprouting and our black lily actually had four blossoms this year. Our friend "Woody" wakes us up each morning.

oooh---bougainvillea... We used to have that growing in our backyard in SF! It was such a beautiful plant/bush. I have never seen the bloom of an aloe plant--interesting.

Hugs.

Beautiful springy photos! I'm sure there must be some spring things lurking underneath the snow!

Awww....so pretty! My garden's pretty much dead after the harsh freezes we've had this winter. I actually need to get out there and pull all the dead stuff out, but procrastinating :)
